摘  要:为改良PFQ100型破碎机的破碎腔,确定了破碎腔的基本参数,对破碎腔进行了自由模态分析,得到前六阶固有频率和振型,同时通过简化矿料撞击反击板过程,理论计算了矿料与反击板的平均冲击力和最大冲击力,得出反击板承受的最大压强。通过有限元分析获得动壳体腔在施加最大压强情况下的应力和应变,为破碎腔结构设计优化和矿料破碎过程研究提供了理论依据。In order to improve the crushing chamber of PFQ100 crusher, the basic parameters of the crushing chamber were determined, and the free modal analysis was carried out for the crushing chamber to obtain the first six natural frequencies and the vibration modes. At the same time, the mean shock power and the maximum shock power of mineral materials and counterattack board were calculated theoretically to educe the max. pressure intensity received by the counterattack board. The stress and strain of the dynamic shell cavity under the maximum pressure intensity were obtained by finite element analysis, which provided the theoretical basis for design optimization of the crushing cavity structure and the crushing process of mineral materials.
