摘  要:针对一台采用尽早配风方式的29 MW链条炉进行特定燃烧区段强化配风对锅炉运行特性影响的工业试验。在挥发分析出及燃烧区段强化配风将有效强化该区段风室对应煤层区域的燃烧,同时将促进该区域NO生成,锅炉NO排放浓度增加。焦炭燃烧区域强化配风,有助于焦炭的燃烧强化及燃尽,但这一区域强化配风对总体燃烧效果影响不明显。强化该区域供风将可能导致火口的出现,影响床层的正常燃烧。在焦炭燃烧区域的强化配风调整能够实现NO排放浓度的降低。采用尽早配风方式的链条锅炉在挥发分析出及燃烧区域降低并匹配合适风量,在保证燃烧条件的同时,能够控制NO的生成及排放。Industrial tests of the impact of enhanced air distribution of specific combustion zone on theboiler operating characteristics were conducted on a 29 MW chain - grate stoker boiler with front - en-hanced mode. In the volatile volatilization and combustion section, the enhanced air distribution will ef-fectively strengthen the combustion of the coal in the corresponding zone, but promote the generation andemission concentration of NO~ at the same time. In the char combustion section, the enhanced air distri-bution contributed to the combustion and burnout of char, but had little effect on the overall combustion.It will promote the form of crater and affect the normal combustion. The adjustment of enhanced air distri-bution in the char combustion section can reduce the emission concentration of NOX. In the volatile volat-ilization and combustion section of boilers with front - enhanced mode, decreased and proper air distribu-tion will ensure the combustion conditions and control the formation and emission of NOx at the sametime.
