摘  要:通过试验研究了2种剪切型钢纤维和1种铣削型钢纤维按不同混杂比例掺入混凝土中,对混凝土拌合物工作性能以及混凝土立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、轴心抗拉强度和弯曲抗拉强度的影响规律.结果表明,仅长度较大的剪切型钢纤维与铣削型钢纤维混杂对混凝土各项强度具有"正混杂效应",3种钢纤维混杂但长度较大的剪切型钢纤维体积率最小时对混凝土轴心抗拉强度和弯曲抗拉强度存在明显的"负混杂效应".基于单掺钢纤维混凝土抗拉强度计算公式,提出了考虑钢纤维混杂效应的混杂钢纤维混凝土抗拉强度计算公式.Experimental study was carried out to study the workability of fresh concrete and the cubic compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,uniaxial tensile strength and flexural strength of concrete influenced by hybrid steel fibers.The hybrid steel fibers were mixed with two shear-cut types and a milling type in different ratios.Results showed that the positive hybrid effect was there for the hybrid steel fibers with longer shear-cut type and milling type on the strengths tested of concrete,and the markedly negative hybrid effect was there for this with three types steel fibers having minimum ratio of longer shear-cut steel fiber on the uniaxial tensile and flexural strengths.Based on the formulas for the calculation of tensile strengths of concrete reinforced by single steel fiber,formulas were proposed for calculating the tensile strengths,in which the hybrid effect was considered.
