摘 要:研究了城市轻轨高架桥胶接缝节段预制拼装体外预应力连续箱梁正截面抗弯等力学性能.以澳门C370轻轨高架桥为工程背景,分析了VIADUCT IS20-V01段连续梁构造特点,通过建立有限元模型,选取墩顶和跨中为控制截面,研究结构在不同工况作用下的应力状态并进行承载力计算.结果表明:截面应力、正截面抗弯、斜截面抗剪和抗裂能力均满足相关规范要求;在整体升温、降温作用下,各截面剪应力非常接近,可以忽略温度荷载对截面剪应力的影响.建议:在极限承载力状态设计下,对其抗弯刚度和抗剪承载力进行折减,可为类似桥梁结构计算提供参考.The mechanical properties such as the bending strength of cross section in externally prestressed continuous box girders of precast segments assembled with epoxy joints in urban railway transit line were studied.First,taking Macao C370 light rail viaduct as the engineering background,the structural characteristics of VIADUCT IS20-V01 precast segmental continuous beam were analyzed,such as precast segmental division,shear key arrangement,connecting structure of segment joint and prestressed steel arrangement.Furthermore,selecting the sections of top pier and span as control cross section,the stress state and bearing capacity calculation of the structure under different working conditions were carried out by building a finite element model.The results show that the normal stress,shear stress,the bending strength of cross section,the diagonal shear strength and the diagonal cracking capability all meet the relevant specifications.In the overall heating and cooling,the shear stress of each section is very close.The influence of temperature load on the cross section can be neglected.It is recommendation that the bending stiffness and shear bearing capacity in the ultimate bearing capacity of the state are reduced.At last,based on the analysis of mechanical properties,the construction techniques of precast segmental box girders with epoxy joints were described,and the solutions to certain problems during construction were put forward to provide structure calculation and construction reference for similar bridges.
