沼气专用PE管材密度测量的不确定度评估

摘　　要：密度是衡量沼气专用PE管材质量合格与否的重要参数。为找出对实验检测的主要影响因素,文章通过分析测试过程,量化不确定度分量,计算合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。实验测量不确定度为0.1928,置信区间为95%的扩展不确定度为0.3856,可为样品检测提供参考。The density is one of the most important parameter for quality control of PE pipe. To find the main influence factors for the parameter determination in laboratory,the uncertainty sources in the determination process were analyzed,and the uncertainty fraction were evaluated. The results showed that combined uncertainty was 0. 1928,while expanded uncertainty for 95% confidence zones was 0. 3856.
