摘  要:海恢818是用抗白叶枯病的华23S与抗稻飞虱的华恢8131杂交选育而成的水稻恢复系,具有株型紧凑、分蘖力较强、开花习性好、米质较优、恢复力强等优点,经分子标记鉴定,聚合了稻飞虱抗性基因Bph3、Bph14和Bph15、稻瘟病抗性基因Pi-1和白叶枯病抗性基因Xa-7,并耐低氮。组配的优质杂交稻新组合博Ⅱ优818于2015年通过海南省农作物品种审定委员会审定。Haihui 818 is a rice restorer line developed from the hybridization between bacterial leaf blight (BLB) resistant Huahui 23S and brown planthopper(BPH) resistant Huahui 8131. It has such characteristic as good plant type, strong tillering ability, good flowering habits, relatively good grain quality, strong restoring ability and good low-nitrogen tolerance. Besides, it has been incorporated into the BPH resistance genes of Bph3, Bph14 and Bph15, the blast resistance gene Pi-1 and the BLB resistance gene Xa-7 based on the detection results by molecular markers. Derived from Haihui 818, a new fine quality hybrid rice combination Bo 11 You 818 ( Bo II A/Haihui 818 ), was developed, and it was released by Hainan Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2015.
