摘　　要：通过对武术近百年传承发展历史的梳理与审视,发现武术的发展存在三个方面的问题:近代武术发展的战略性选择失误;武术发展存在严重的哲学贫困和文化缺失;近代体育发展的文化专制。武术要发展必须突破以下几点:首先,武术的科学定位是关键,包括文化定位、角色定位、功能定位;其次,武术发展的传承创新是动力,坚持贯彻武术与教育相结合,加强武德教育;最后,引导发挥基层体育组织的功能,培育武术发展土壤,做好武术发展政策的顶层设计,并将武术作为我国特色体育项目来推动发展。The paper analyses Wushu history and points out three problems in Wushu development,i.e.Wushu Development strategy mistakes,serious philosophical and cultural inadequacy of Wushu development and cultural autocracy in the modern sport development.The development of Wushu should break through several points.First,the scientific orientation of Wushu is the key part,including cultural orientation,role orientation and function orientation.Secondly,innovation is the driving force of Wushu development and the integration of Wushu and education should be conducted.Thirdly,the function of the grass root sports organizations should be exerted and the policy of Wushu development should be well designed.
