竹沥颗粒对慢性支气管炎模型大鼠肺组织病理学改变及NO含量影响

摘　　要：目的:观察竹沥颗粒与鲜竹沥口服液对慢性支气管炎模型大鼠肺组织病理学改变和NO含量的影响。方法:将40只SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、鲜竹沥组、竹沥颗粒组4组并复制慢性支气管炎动物模型。造模各组大鼠分别以生理盐水、鲜竹沥和竹沥颗粒进行灌胃干预,测定大鼠血清中一氧化氮(NO)含量,并于光镜、电镜下观察其肺组织病理改变。结果:①模型组大鼠较对照组NO含量明显降低(P<0.01);②鲜竹沥组、竹沥颗粒组大鼠较模型组NO含量升高(P<0.05);③竹沥颗粒组大鼠与鲜竹沥组NO含量未见明显差异(P>0.05);④在光镜、电镜下,对照组大鼠无明显病理损害,模型组病理损害显著,鲜竹沥组、竹沥颗粒组较模型组病理损害减轻,以竹沥颗粒组效果最为明显。结论:鲜竹沥、竹沥颗粒均可提高大鼠血清中NO含量,改善其肺血管损伤程度,对慢性支气管炎模型大鼠肺组织和支气管具有明显的保护作用。Objective：To study the effects of Zhuli Granule and Zhuli oral solution on Chronic bronchitis model of rat lung tissue pathological change and Nitric Oxide （NO） content. Methods：40 SD rats were randomly divided into four groups： control group, model group, Zhuli oral solution group, Zhuli Granule group, and the Chronic bronchitis rat model were established except for control group. The model rats were respectively intervened by physiological saline, Zhuli Granule and Zhuli oral solution, the NO content in serum of rats were tested and lung tissue pathological changes under light microscope and electron microscope were studyed. Results ： （1）the content of NO in model group decreased obviously compared to control group （P〈0.01）; （2）the content of NO in Zhuli Granule and Zhuli oral solution groupswere evidently higher than model group （P〈0.05） ; （3）the content of NO in Zhuli Gran ule group is higher than Zhuli oral solution group, but there is no statistical difference betweeen these two groups （P〉0.05） ; （4）under the light microscope and electron microscope, the model group has obviously pathological damage compared to control group, but in Zhuli Granule and Zhuli oral solution group, these damage were reduced, especially in Zhuli Granule group. Conclusion： Zhuli Granule and Zhuli oral solution can increase the NO content in serum, Chronic bronchitis model rat.
