摘 要:目的:建立滇桂艾纳香的红外光谱鉴定方法。方法:对10批不同产地的滇桂艾纳香进行红外光谱鉴别,建立参照图谱,并进行匹配度计算。结果:获得了10批不同产地滇桂艾纳香的红外光谱,匹配度均大于0.9。结论:建立的方法具有较好的稳定性和可控性,可用于滇桂艾纳香的鉴别。Objective:To establish an FTIR method to identify Blumea riparia (B1.) DC from different habitats. Methods: FTIR spectra of Blurnea riparia (B1.) DC from different habitats were analyzed. Set up the database of spectra and match. Obtain the aver- age spectra by means of spectrum superposition. Results: Different FTIR spectra of 10 different habitats Blumea riparia (B1.) DC were obtained. The matching degree was all above 0. 8845;and was all above 0. 9712 compared with average spectra. Conclusion: this method shows good stability and applicability. And it can be used in the research of Blurnea riparia (B1.) DC FTIR spectrometry.
