摘　　要：自微乳化口腔速溶膜(self-micro-emulsifying oral fast dissolving films,SMEOFDF)是一种结合了口腔速溶膜与自微乳的新剂型,充分发挥了二者的协同作用,能有效促进药物释放与吸收、改善生物利用度、提高患者服药顺应性。该剂型解决了口腔速溶膜吸收不佳的难题,同时实现了液体自微乳固体化,为难溶性中药的剂型开发与创新提供了思路。就自微乳化口腔速溶膜的定义特点、处方组成、制备与质量评价、应用现状等进行了综述,并对其前景进行展望。SelVmicro-emulsifying oral fast dissolving film is new dosage form with combining of self-micro-emulsion and oral fast dis solving film, which gives full play to the synergy between the two , effeetively promotes the drug release and absorption, and improves bioavailability,improves patient medication compliance. The dosage form makes fluid self-micro emulsion be solid, while improves the poor absorption of oral fast dissolving film. Selbmicro emulsifying oral fast dissolving film provides a new idea for formulation devel opment and innovation of poorly soluble traditional Chinese medicine. The aim of this article is to summarize definition and characteristics of the dosage form, materials composition, preparation and quality evaluation, application well as prospects.
