理筋正骨手法联合中药熏洗治疗肱骨外上髁炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察理筋正骨手法联合中药熏洗治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法:将72例肱骨外上髁炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例,对照组患者采用局部封闭治疗,治疗组患者采用理筋正骨手法联合中药熏洗疗法;观察比较两组患者治疗前后的疼痛VAS评分、握力指数、临床疗效及随访1年内患者的复发情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者疼痛VAS评分明显低于治疗前,握力指数较治疗前明显增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗总有效率、1年后复发率为分别91.67%、8.69%,明显优于对照组的77.78%、36.36%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与局部封闭治疗比较,理筋正骨手法联合中药熏洗在治疗效果、缓解患者疼痛、恢复肘关节功能、降低复发率等方面均具有显著的优势,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the effect of Tendon bone setting manipulation combined with herbal fumigation in the treatment of tennis elbow. Methods： 72 patients with tennis elbow were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each 36 cases. The control group was partial closure therapy, herbal fumigation treatment group combined with Tendon bone setting manipula tion therapy. Observed before and after treatment in patients with pain VAS score, grip strength index, clinical efficacy and patient follow-up of 1 year recurrence. Results：After treatment, pain VAS scores were significantly lower than before treatment, after grip index treatment than before treatment significantly increased, comparing before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） ; the total efficiency of the treatment and control groups were 91.67 % recurrence rate 77.78%, respectively after 1 year 8.69 %, 36.36%, treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Compared with the partial closure of treatment, Tendon bone setting manipulation and herbal fumigation combined treatment effect, relieve pain in patients, restore elbow function, reduce the recurrence rate and other aspects have a significant advantage, it is worth of clinical application.
