摘　　要：综合近10年来头针在治疗脑卒中肢体运动功能障碍的相关文献,从头针刺激区的选择、针刺方法、留针时间等方面系统总结头针治疗脑卒中肢体运动功能障碍临床研究现状,归纳针刺治疗规律,分析不同治疗方案的差异,为今后提高针刺临床疗效提供理论依据。This paper summarizes related literature of scalp acupuncture in the treatment for motor dysfunction after stroke in the recent 10 years. Clinical study of scalp acupuncture treatment of limb movement function of stroke from the summary area selection and acupuncture needle stimulation method,needle retention time and other aspects of the system,summarizes the acupuncture treatment of the differences of different treatment programs,to improve the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and provide a theoretical basis.Clinical study of scalp acupuncture in treatment of obstacle of limb movement after stroke from the aspects of scalp stimulation area,acupuncture method,and needle time. And to conclude the ruled of acupuncture treatment and analyze the differences of scalp acupuncture treatment for motor dysfunction after stroke,to provide theoretical foundation for improving clinical curative effect of acupuncture in the future.
