浅谈脱硫改造降低烟囱高度对环境质量的影响

摘  要:以某2×135MW电厂实施脱硫改造为例,分别对其改造后采用原高烟囱、采用脱硫塔塔顶低烟囱两种排烟方案同改造前电厂对环境的影响进行了计算对比分析。结果表明,采用脱硫塔顶低烟囱排放方案时,脱硫改造虽然实现了达标排放和总量削减,却并未达到改善区域环境空气质量的实际目的,不符合我国环保管理从达标排放、总量控制向以改善区域环境质量为目标的政策思路。This paper took a 2 × 135MW power plant in wet FGD modification as an example, and compared the environmental impact of original emission with the emission from high chimney and the emission from low chimney after modification. The results showed that after the modification of desulphurization, the smoke emitted from low chimney at the top of the desulfurization tower will deteriorate regional air quality, although it seems to achieve the emission standard and total quantity reduction target, it does not accord with the idea of environmental policy which changes from standard emission, control of total pollutant quantity to improve regional environmental quality.
