摘 要:通过工程具体实例,对典型的既有钢筋混凝土框架结构进行抗震鉴定,根据现场对整体结构的实际检测结果并利用迈达斯系列软件Midas Building对其进行多遇地震作用下的弹性分析及罕遇地震作用下的Pushover分析,得到其在弹塑性阶段的地震反应特征。分析比较了既有钢筋混凝土框架结构在框架柱、梁构件两端箍筋间距满足与不满足(实测箍筋间距较设计偏大)设计要求的情况下两种模型的不同计算结果,进一步表明房屋施工质量缺陷对结构自身抗震性能存在不可忽略的影响,同时也为主体结构下一步的维修加固提供了真实、有效的数据分析结果及理论计算依据。The seismic appraisal for typical existing reinforced concrete frame structure is conducted based on real project. The structural elastic analysis under frequent earthquake and pushover analysis under rare earthquake are carried out using the software MIDAS Building along with the actual inspection data of the structure. The structural seismic response characteristics of elastic-plastic stage is obtained.Two models of construction situations of different stirrup spacing at member ends are simulated. One of which meets the design requirements,while the other one disagrees with that( the stirrup spacing is too large). The results show that the impact of construction quality defects on the structural seismic performance cannot be ignored. This research provides effective analysis results and theoretical calculation basis for structural maintenance and reinforcement.
