摘 要:目前,国内绝大多数保险公司把建筑物的地基条件及其复杂程度、结构方案的规则性及其复杂程度等设计方案作为调整建筑保险费率的重要因素。文章从结构可靠度的理论出发,认为这些结构设计方案只是影响建筑安装费,而作为保险费率取值的指标必须是影响结构可靠度的直接因子,如客观因素中的使用年限与安全等级,以及主观因素中的参与工程设计与建设水平的高低等等。最后,以数理统计为基础提出计算保险费的厘定模型,并采用概率分析方法确定各种不确定性与保险费率关系。Currently,the most insurance companies in China consider the schematic designs as the important factors to adjust the insurance rate of the building construction,which are the foundation conditions of the building and the complexity of its,as well as the regularity of the structure system and the complexity of its and so on. There is another view from the perspective of structural reliability in this paper,that the schematic designs just make a difference in the expenses of construction and erection,however the target of the insurance rate has to be the direct factor to make a difference in structural reliability. Such as the age limit and the safety classes in objective factors,as well as the engineering design and the construction level in subjective factors. Finally,the paper brings up a determined model to calculate the premium on the basis of mathematical statistical,and to confirm the relations between the uncertainty and the insurance rate by probability analytic method.
