重点国有林区职工家庭贫困类型及影响因素研究

摘　　要：精准扶贫的前提是精准识贫。基于2015年重点国有林区718户职工家庭的实地调查数据,运用多分类Logistic回归模型分析重点国有林区职工家庭贫困类型的影响因素。通过综合收入和消费标准,可以将重点国有林区职工家庭分为选择性贫困、暂时性贫困和持久性贫困3种类型。结果表明:家庭规模、劳动力平均年龄、劳动力平均受教育年限、劳动力健康状况、家庭负担系数、是否管理人员家庭、家庭职业分化类型、家庭社会关系、农林业生产性固定资产和家庭所在林区对重点国有林区职工家庭贫困类型有显著影响。研究结论为更好地开展精准扶贫和脱贫工作带来启示。Accurate poverty identification is the premise of taking targeted measures to help people lift themselves out of poverty.Based on the 2015 field survey data of 718 worker households living in the key national forest areas,this paper analyzes the factors Influencing poverty types of worker households by means of the multinomial Logistic regression model.By combining income and consumption criteria,three types of poverty-voluntary poverty,transient poverty and chronic poverty are distinguished. Empirical analysis results show that family size,labourers＇ average age,their average years of education,their health condition,family burden coefficient,whether or not they come from managers＇ family,types of occupational differentiation,social relations of the family,agricultural and forestry productive fixed assets and the forest region where the family live in have significant impact on types of poverty of worker households in key national forest areas.The research conclusion may throw some light on how to take targeted measures to help people lift themselves out of poverty.
