陕西省电子信息产业集群创新协同度分析

摘　　要：以复合系统协同度模型为基础,采用构建产业集群协同创新系统指标体系及Z-score对数据标准化处理方法,测算陕西省电子信息产业集群创新协同度。通过对产业内部创新主体子系统和产业外部创新环境子系统有序度和协同度的测算,得出两个子系统的有序度都呈一定上升趋势,但并不协调,创新系统整体协同度较低;产业集群创新主体子系统对整个系统协同度的演进起主要作用,外部创新环境系统起辅助作用的结论。需从调整创新主体资源投入结构、加强金融环境建设以及促进产学研合作等方面着力提升陕西省电子信息产业集群协同创新能力。Based on the model of compound system coordination degree,the index system and Z-score of the collaborative innovation system of industrial cluster are used to measure the innovation synergy degree of the electronic information industry cluster in Shaanxi province.After measuring the order degree and coordination degree of industry internal innovation main body subsystem and industry external innovation environment subsystem,it is concluded that the order degree of the two subsystems is certain to rise but not in harmonious,and that the overall coordination degree of the innovation system is relatively low.It is also concluded that industrial cluster innovation system plays an important role in the evolution of the whole system coordination degree while the external innovation environment system plays a supporting role.The collaborative innovation capability of electronic information industry cluster in Shaanxi province needs to be improved from several aspects,such as adjusting the structure of resources,strengthening the construction of financial environment,and promoting the research cooperation.
