摘 要:概述了近几年水溶性冠醚大环主体的研究进展,包括单环冠醚与多臂冠醚。通过在冠醚环上引入水溶性基团可以高效合成水溶性冠醚大环主体。水溶性冠醚主体与联吡啶盐的识别主要通过静电相互作用、π-π相互作用等多种弱相互作用的协同作用,络合常数相对较少,与客体分子的识别大多是按1∶1的计量比进行。设计合成具有多识别位点,高络合常数的水溶性冠醚大环主体分子是冠醚主客体化学发展的重要方向之一。The recent advances in water-soluble crown ether macrocycles were reviewed, including single crown ethers and multi-crowned ethers. The water-soluble crown ether macrocycle can be synthesized efficiently by introducing water-soluble groups into the crown ether ring. The recognition of water-soluble crown ethers and bipyridine salts was mainly due to the synergistic interaction of many weak interactions, such as electrostatic interaction and π-π interaction. The complexing constants were relatively few, and the recognition of guest molecules was mostly at 1 : 1 molar ratio. Designing and synthesizing water- soluble crown ether macrocyclic hosts with multiple recognition sites and high complexing constants was one of the important directions for the development of crown-ether host-guest chemistry.
