肋骨内固定术治疗多发性肋骨骨折及连枷胸的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨肋骨内固定术治疗多发性肋骨骨折及连枷胸的临床效果。方法:内固定组27例采用镍钛合金环抱器进行骨折内固定,非内固定组25例采用传统非内固定手术方法进行治疗,观察两组住院天数、费用、疼痛天数、骨折愈合时间及术后并发症。结果:内固定组住院时间、住院费用、疼痛天数、骨折愈合时间均明显低于非内固定组(P<0.05)。内固定组肺不张、肺部感染、胸廓畸形等并发症低于非内固定组(P<0.05)。内固定组肋骨骨折均骨性愈合。结论:肋骨内固定术治疗多发性肋骨骨折及连枷胸临床疗效好,可降低患者经济负担,减轻痛苦,并发症发生率低。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of internal fixation of ribs for fractures of multiple ribs and flail chest.Methods： Twenty--seven patients with fractures of multiple ribs and flail chest in internal fixation group were treated by internal fixation with nickel titanium alloy fixator,and 25 patients in control group were treated with traditional non internal fixation method.The length of hospital stay, cost of hospitalization, pain duration, fracture healing time and postoperative complications were compared between two groups. Results： The length of stay,cost of hospitalization, pain duration and fracture healing time in internal fixation group were significantly lower than those in control group （P〈0.05）.The incidence of postoperative complications including pulmonary atelectasis, pulmonary infection and thoracic deformity in internal fixation group was obviously lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）.Bony healing of rib fracture was found in all patients in internal fixation group. Conclusion： The internal fixation of ribs is very effective in the treatment of fracture of multiple ribs and flail chest clinical curative effect,with lower cost of hospitalization, less pain and fewer complications.
