急性放射病猴照射后早期血清生化指标的改变

摘　　要：目的:观察不同照射剂量对恒河猴血清部分生化指标的影响。方法:33只雄性成年恒河猴随机分为正常对照组(n=3)、4Gy照射组(n=9)、8Gy照射组(n=9)和12Gy照射组(n=12),照射组分别使用60Coγ射线给予不同剂量(4、8、12Gy)的照射建立ARS恒河猴模型,分别于照射前和照射后24、48和80h抽取静脉血,用罗氏Cobas 8000全自动血清生化分析仪检测生化指标。结果:辐射可以引起恒河猴血清多种生化指标的改变。照射后48h各组动物血清ALT升高,12Gy照射猴更为明显(269.69%,P<0.05);血清总蛋白和白蛋白呈进行性剂量依赖性降低(在4、8和12Gy 3个剂量组照射后恒河猴血清总蛋白在24、48、80h的r值分别是0.998、0.946、0.983,在4、8和12Gy 3个剂量组照射后恒河猴血清白蛋白在24、48、80h的r值分别是0.999、0.983、0.983,血清Cr持续降低;照射后24h肌酸激酶均显著升高,48h和80h均明显降低。结论:急性放射病猴照射后早期生化指标变化明显,提示照射后早期就须注意对心、肝、肾等重要脏器功能的维护。Objective：To investigate the effects of different dose of 60Co γ-ray irradiation on rhesus monkey serum biochemical indexes. Methods： Thirty- three rhesus monkeys were randomly divided into normal control group（n = 3） and irradiation group given different doses （4,8,12 Gy） irradiation to establish ARS models, 33 rhesus monkeys extract venous blood with Cobas 8000 automatic blood serum biochemical analyzer to detect the biochemical indexes before and after irradiation at 24,48 and 80 h.Results： Radiation could induce some changes in biochemical indexes in Serum. After 48 h, each irradiation group of animals＂ alanine aminotransferase is elevation,12 Gy 60 Co γ group is more obvious （250%, P〈0.05） ;Serum total protein and albumin were dose dependently decreased （after 4,8 and 12 Gy irradiation, the total protein of the monkey was 0.998,0.946,0.983, respectively at 24,48,80 h.After 4,8 and 12 Gy irradiation,GLB of the monkey was 0.999,0.983,0.983, respectively at 24,48,80 h） ; Serum creatinine was gradually decreased,creatine kinase in 24 h were increased obviously after irradiation,48 h and 80 h were significantly reduced. Conclusion： After irradiation, the serum biochemical indexes of the monkeys with acute radition sickness changed obviously, which indicated that the early attention should be paid to the maintenance of heart, liver, kidney and other important organs.
