摘 要:针对深部高应力软岩巷道受高构造应力挤压产生大变形失稳的难题,提出了高强全锚注全方位、大范围、深层次注浆加固围岩,实现高强中空锚杆(索)由端锚向全锚转化,同时固结围岩、提质增强,提高了围岩与支护结构体的耦合自承能力;平煤一矿三水平下延戊一上山采区回风上山试验段采用高强锚注材料、高性能中空锚杆(索)、高压注浆对围岩进行大范围、深层次锚注,并通过巷道表面位移、深部离层变形、破裂情况窥视等综合方法确定了高强锚注合理时机,实测两帮变形量小于10mm,顶板测点平均下沉变形量200mm左右,经简单修复即可实现巷道的长期稳定。Aiming at the large deformation and instability in deep high stress soft rock roadway under high tectonic stress extrusion, the comprehensive, large range and deep surrounding rock reinforcement technology was proposed using high strength full bolt-grouting, which transferred end-bolting to full-bolting of high strength hollow bolt/cable, consolidated the surrounding rock, and improved the self-bearing capacity of surrounding rock and supporting structure coupling. The technology was applied in air rise test section of V1 rise district under 3rd level in Pingdingshan Coal Mine, and the reasonable time of high-strength bolting was determined according to roadway surface displacement, deep rock separation deformation, rupture observation, etc. Measurement showed, the deformation was less than 10mm, the average maximum settlement of roof was 200mm, long-term stability of roadway could be achieved by simple repair.
