摘 要:为了掌握长压短抽通风系统下岩巷综掘工作面的粉尘运移规律,以漳村矿北翼辅助运输巷为研究背景,采用数值模拟和现场实测相结合的方法,基于气固两相流理论,借助于计算流体力学的离散相模型,对综掘工作面的风流场和粉尘浓度场分布规律进行了数值模拟研究。研究表明:长压短抽通风系统有效抑制了高浓度粉尘向掘进机后方扩散,并通过除尘器将积聚的粉尘快速排出,改善了作业环境,保障了作业人员的身心健康。In order to grasp the dust migration regularities in fully mechanized rock tunneling face with far-pressing-nearabsorption ventilation system, based on the background of auxiliary transportation lane in the north wing of Zhangcun Coal Mine, combining numerical simulation and field measurement, the discrete phase model for computational fluid mechanics was used for numerical simulation research of the wind and dust concentration field distribution regularities. The results of research show far-pressing-near-absorption ventilation system can effectively restrain the high concentration of dust diffusing to the rear of roadheader, and the accumulation of dust can be discharged quickly by dust collector, improving the working environment and protecting the workers' physical and mental health.
