摘　　要：基于某焚烧炉的工艺流程和控制要求,通过配置电源模块、CPU模块、冗余模块、通信模块及相关I/O模块等硬件,并进行软件组态,实现了焚烧炉控制系统的冗余功能。投运后,既满足了焚烧炉运行的安全标准,又提高了控制系统的稳定性。Considering the technological process and control requirement of a incinerator, equipping it with power modules, CPU, redundant modules, communication modules and I/O modules and configuring software was implemented to realize redundancy function of the incinerator control system. The actual application shows that, this system can satisfy the safety standards for the incinerator operation and improve the stability of the control system.
