摘 要:2015年我国水产品总量6 690万吨,人均占有量为48.65 kg/(人·年),其中,养殖的鱼类、甲壳类养殖产品3 258.32万吨计算,人均占有量为23.82 kg/(人·年)。中国水产养殖业的发展将由数量增长模式进入质量增长模式。未来的水产养殖将是以池塘养殖为主体的养殖方式。养殖业质量增长的目标是满足居民对"好看、好吃、吃得营养、吃得安全"的优质水产品的需求。构建非药物的水产养殖过程控制系统化技术是水产养殖业质量增长模式形成的技术关键。以池塘养殖模式、水体质量的生物控制技术、养殖过程的非药物病害控制技术、养殖污物的处理技术、增氧与饲料投喂的机械化过程控制技术等构成了池塘养殖质量增长模式的主要内容。而水产饲料质量增长是水产养殖业质量增长模式发展的有效物质保障;饲料企业技术服务是水产养殖质量增长模式发展的人才保障。In 2015, China's aquatic products totaled 66.9 million tons and the per capita amount was 48.65 kg/person, of which, the cultivated fish and crustaceans were 32.583 2 million tons, and the per capita amount was 23.82 kg/person. The development of aquaculture in China will be in the quality growth model instead of the quantity increase. Future aquaculture will be based on pond culture as the main mode of aquaculture. Aquaculture quality growth goal is to meet the residents of the "good-look- ing, delicious, nutritious, salty, " the demand for quality aquatic products. The establishment of tech- nology of non-drug aquaculture process control systematization is the key to the formation of aquacul- ture quality growth model.The main contents of pond aquaculture quality growth model are pond cul- ture mode, biological control technology of water quality, non-drug disease control technology in breeding process, treatment technology of aquaculture fouling, mechanization process control technology of aerobics and feed feeding. The quality improvement of aquatic feed is an effective material guarantee for the development of aquaculture quality growth model. Technical service by feed enterprise is the talent guarantee for the development of aquaculture quality growth model.
