摘 要:为研究复合有机酸酸化剂(五酸肽)对断奶仔猪生长性能及其肠道微生物菌群的影响,选取(7±0.5)kg、23日龄杜长大三元杂交健康断奶仔猪300头,按体重、胎次相近,性别各半的原则随机分成5组,每组6个重复,每个重复10头猪。时照组不添加酸化剂,酸化剂组添加市售酸化剂6 kg/t,柠檬酸组添加柠檬酸10 kg/t,乳酸组添加乳酸15 kg/t,试验组添加五酸肽30 kg/t。结果表明:日粮中添加酸化剂6 kg/t、乳酸15 kg/t、柠檬酸10 kg/t和五酸肽30 kg/t后,断奶仔猪的日增重分别比对照组提高3.26%(P>0.05)、4.95%(P<0.05)、6.67%(P<0.05)和13.37%(P<0.01),采食量分别比对照组提高1.14%(P>0.05)、2.79%(P>0.05)、3.75%(P<0.05)和9.49%(P<0.01),腹泻率分别比对照组降低46.33%(P<0.05)、63.41%(P<0.05)、65.87%(P<0.01)和90.24%(P<0.01),料肉比分别比对照组降低2.06%、2.06%、2.74%和3.43%(P>0.05)。肠道菌群数量测定表明,十二指肠、空肠的乳酸菌数量有所增加,大肠杆菌数量有所降低,其中均以添加五酸肽组变化最为显著(P<0.05);回肠、盲肠和结肠乳酸菌数量有增加趋势(P>0.05),大肠杆菌数量有降低趋势(P>0.05),说明添加五酸肽产品能提高断奶仔猪的肠道乳酸菌数量,降低肠道大肠杆菌数量。In order to study the influences of acidification glycolysis feed (Wusuantai) on the growth performance and intestinal flora of weaned piglets, 300 (7±0.5) kg 23 days old healthy weaned Duroc- Landrace- Yorkshire piglets were selected and divided into five groups according to the principles of similar body weight and fetal times and fifty-fifty gender, each group was divided into 6 subgroups and each subgroup included 10 pigs. Control group was not fed with acidifier, acidifier group was fed with commercially available acidifier 6 kg/t, citric acid group was fed with citric acid 10 kg/t, lactic acid group was fed with lactic acid 15 kg/t and experiment group was fed with Wusuantai 30 kg/t. The results showed that when acidifier 6 kg/t, citric acid 10 kg/t and lactic acid 15 kg/t and Wusuantai 30 kg/t were respectively added to pig feed, the daily gain of weaned piglets of aeidifier group, lactic acid group, citric acid group and Wusuantai group were respectively 3.26%(P〉0.05), 4.95%(P〈0.05), 6.67%(P〈0.05) and 13.37%(P〈0.01) higher than that of control group, their feed intake were 1.14%(P〉0.05), 2.79%(P〉0.05), 3.75%(P〈0.05) and 9.49%(P〈0.01) respectively higher than that of control group, their diarrhea rate were 46.33%(P〈0.05), 63.41%(P〈0.05), 65.87%(P〈0.01) and 90.24%(P〈0.01) respectively lower than that of control group and their conservation ratio were 2.06%, 2.06%, 2.74% and 3.43% (P〉0.05) lower than that of control group respectively. The measurement of number of intestinal flora showed that in duodenum and jeju- num the number of lactic acid bacteria was increased, the number of Eseheriehia coli was decreased, and Wusuantai group was changed obviously(P〈0.05); and in ileum, cecum and colon the number of lactic acid bacteria had increase trend and the number of Escherichia coli has decreased trend(P〉 0.05), which meant Wusuantai products can improve the number of intestinal lactic acid bacteria of weaned pigle
