摘  要:通过试验饲料对凡纳滨对虾生长性能、摄食情况、消化、代谢及免疫机能的影响研究,考察酵母硒在凡纳滨对虾饲料中的应用水平和应用效果,以节约养殖成本。试验选用(10±2)mm凡纳滨对虾幼虾进行为期56 d的试验。试验共设计豆粕替代水平分别为0、24%、48%、72%、96%的五组饲料,除对照组外每组饲料添加1%的酵母硒产品。结果显示:在添加酵母硒产品的对虾饲料中,不同豆粕替代水平对凡纳滨对虾的成活率、蛋白质效率、饲料系数、全虾水分、灰分、蛋白、脂肪,肌肉蛋白、脂肪、肝脏蛋白,肝胰腺中的淀粉酶、谷草转氨酶、总抗氧化能力、血淋巴中的甘油三酯和总胆固醇水平各组间没有显著差异(P>0.05),但增重率、特定生长率,肝胰腺的谷丙转氨酶活性、脂肪含量及脂肪酶、溶菌酶、碱性磷酸酶活性各组间存在差异;原料、饲料和生产成本均随着豆粕替代比例的提高逐渐降低。试验结果表明,适量添加酵母硒产品可以提高豆粕替代鱼粉的水平。This study was conducted to study the effects of adding dietary selenium yeast product to the Litopenaeus vannamei fed with different replacement levels of fish meal by soybean meal on the growth performance, feeding, digestion, metabolism and immune function of Litopenaeus vannamei. The shrimp (10±2 mm) of Litopenaeus vannamei in glass aquaria for 8 weeks. 1% yeast selenium were added in five group Litopenaeus vannamei fed with different replacement level 0, 24%, 48%, 72%, 96%. After 8 weeks of feeding, the results showed: there was no significant difference in the survival rate, protein efficiency, feed efficiency, water content, ash content, protein and fat of juvenile shrimp, muscle protein, muscle fat, liver protein, the amylase, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, total antioxidant capacity of the hepatopancreas, triglyceride and total cholesterol of the haemolymph (P〉0.05) in every group. There was difference in weight gain rate, specific growth rate, alanine aminotransferase, fat content, lipase activity, lysozyme activity and alkaline phosphatase activity of the hepatopancreas(P〈0.05). Feed cost decreased with the increase of the replacement level. The experimental results show that the proper addition of dietary selenium yeast products can improve the level of fish meal by soybean meal.
