摘  要:试验旨在研究不同性别对生长德州改良驴生产性能、屠宰性能及器官指数的影响。选取同质性较好的7~8月龄德州改良公母驴各20只,公母各2个重复,每个重复5头。试验驴按体重1.5%饲喂精料,粗饲料均为豆秸。试验期为240 d。每月称重、屠宰当天采集屠宰、脏器指数及生长性能等指标。结果表明:193 kg前公驴的日增重大于母驴,随后母驴大于公驴,全期母驴比公驴日增重高9.44%;母驴屠宰率显著高于公驴组(P<0.05);母驴组腹脂率、肝脂肪率、肾脂肪率和肺脂肪率极显著高于公驴组(P<0.01);母驴组出皮率显著低于公驴组(P<0.05);性别对肠指数无显著性差异。本试验条件下,母驴的育肥性能要远高于公驴。This study was designed to investigate the effects of sex on growth performance, slaughter performance and organ indexes of growing Dezhou donkeys. Forty 7-8 months improved Dezhou don- key were used, male and female 2 repeat, each repeat 5. The concentrative feed amount based on the body weight of 1.5%. And soybean straw was used as roughage. The experiment lasted for 240 days. At the end of experiment the slaughter, organ index and growth performance were collected. The re- suits showed that: male donkey's daily gain was higher than female's before 193 kg weight, but then fe- male gain more than male, and at the end female donkey's daily gain was higher than male's 9.44%. Female slaughter rate was higher than that of male(P〈0.05). Female donkey group the percentage of ab- dominal fat, liver's fatty rate and pulmonary's fattty was significantly higher than that of male group (P〈 0.01). Female group skin rate was significantly lower than that of the male group (P〈0.05). Effect of sex on intestinal index was no significant difference. Under the experimental conditions, female's fat- tening performance is far higher than the male's.
