摘　　要：从安全和性能两大角度将便携式设备用的锂离子蓄电池及电池组产品所适用的标准:IEC 62133和IEC 61960与工业设备用锂离子蓄电池及电池组产品适用的标准:IEC 62619(草案)和IEC 62620从试验目的和试验方法的角度进行异同点比较。工业设备用锂离子蓄电池及电池组相关标准的出台为该行业的健康有序发展奠定了基础。In order to compare the safety and performance of lithium ion cells and batteries which are used in portable equipments and industrial equipments, we compare the main similarities and differences of IEC standards IEC 62133 and IEC 61960 with IEC 62619 and IEC 62620 in test objectives and specific operations. The introduction of the relevant standards of the lithium ion cells and battery packs for industrial equipments laid the foundation for the healthy and orderly development of the industry.
