摘  要:研究确定调压颗粒中醇提浸膏真空带式干燥的最佳工艺条件。通过单因素考察试验,并采用Box-Behnken设计结合响应面法,以干燥时间、加热系统温度、浸膏相对密度为自变量,干燥前后23-乙酰泽泻醇B转移率为因变量,优化醇提浸膏真空带式干燥工艺。调压颗粒中醇提浸膏真空带式干燥的最佳工艺条件为:干燥时间114 min,加热系统温度97℃,浸膏相对密度1.27,该条件下醇提浸膏干燥产物中23-乙酰泽泻醇B转移率及干膏含水率均达到要求。采用真空带式干燥工艺干燥醇提浸膏,干燥速率高、产品质量好,工艺合理、可行,可为大生产提供数据支持。The optimum conditions for the vacuum belt drying process of ethanol extract in Tiaoya granules were investigated. Based on the single-factor tests, the optimum vacuum belt drying conditions for ethanol extract of Tiaoya granules were obtained through Box-Benhnken design and RSM method, with drying time, temperature and extract density as the independent variables, and taking transfer rate of alisol B 23-acetate as the dependent variable. The optimum parameters were determined as follows: drying time of 114 min, temperature of heating system of 97℃ and extract density of 1.27. Under the optimum conditions, the transfer rate of alisol B 23-acetate and moisture in dry extract met the requirements. Above all, the optimum processing parameters of vacuum belt drying of ethanol extract of Tiaoya granules is reasonable and feasible, which can provide a reliable basis for industrial production.
