基层农技推广机构与农民合作社技术供需比对——以四川省为例

摘　　要：基于四川省基层农技推广机构和农民合作社的调研,比对分析基层农技推广机构与农民合作社的技术供需对象、技术供需类型、技术供需认知,结果表明,基层农技推广机构与农民合作社技术供需对接情况仍不容乐观:推广人员配置不合理、合作社运营机制不成熟、推广机构技术储备更新不及时。基于此,应深入了解合作社的技术需求,实现技术有效对接;优化合作社成长发展外部环境,完善合作社技术平台作用;深化农技推广机构机制改革,及时更新技术储备;培育多元化农业推广体系,创新技术推广模式。Based on the basic-level of agricultural extension agencies and research on farmers＇ cooperatives in Sichuan Province, this article analyzed technology supply and demand object, type and cognition of basic-level agricultural extension agencies and farmer cooperatives by comparison.The results show that the connection of technological supply and demand situation is still not optimistic： unreasonable allocation of technicians, immature cooperatives operating mechanism, inefficient technical reserves. Finally, the paper puts forward some pohcy suggestions, including deeply understanding the technological requirement of cooperative to make technological connection effective, optimizing the external environment of the cooperative,improving the function of the cooperative technology platform,deepening the mechanism reform of agricultural extension agencies, updating technical reserves in time, cultivating diversified agricultural extension system, and innovating technology promotion model.
