摘  要:创新是装备制造业的命脉,故基于沈阳装备制造业2008—2015年数据,将创新过程分为基础研发阶段和转化成效益阶段,使用DEA方法中的CCR模型和DEA-Malmquist指数方法进行分析,得出结论:不同行业在不同阶段的创新效率并无一致性;总体上在基础研发阶段的创新效率要高于转化成效益阶段,并且在转化成效益阶段的效率水平处于逐年退步的状态。最后用系统聚类方法对沈阳装备制造业的创新驱动路径给出建议。Innovation is the lifeblood of the equipment manufacturing industry. Therefore, the innovation process is divided into basic research and development phase and the stage of transforming into the benefit, which is based on the data of equipment manufacturing industry- in Shenyang from 2008 to 2015. The paper uses CCR. model in DEA method and DEA- malmquist index method to calculate the efficiency values. At last we come to the conclusion that there is no consistency in the innovation efficiency of different industries at different stages. And overall innovation efficiency in the basic research and development phase is higher than that in the stage of transforming into the benefit: the efficiency of the transformation stage is decreasing year by year. Finally, the system clustering method is used to give advice on the innovation driven path of Shenyang equipment manufacturing industry.
