摘　　要：为客观准确地优选战略性新兴产业,从产业的创新性、成长性、关联性、规模性和领先性5个方面建立基于DMFAHP-EM-WT的优选模型,采用隶属度函数进行指标遴选,利用层次分析法和熵权法对遴选的指标进行线性主客观加权组合赋权,运用韦弗-托马斯模型进行产业优选;并对黑龙江省实际进行实证分析,优选确定航空航天器制造业和医药制造业两大战略性新兴产业。In order to preferably determine strategic emerging industries objectively and accurately, this study from the five ares of industry innovation, growth, relevance, scale and leadership, uses ＂DMF-AHP-EM-WT ＂to construct strategic emerging industries preferred model： Degree of Membership Function is applied to screen indexes of strategic emerging industries; Analytic Hierarchy Process and the Entropy Method are used for linear weighted combination empowerrnent; Weaver- Thomas Model is used to preferably determine the industries. And based on empirical analysis of Heilongjiang Province, the paper preferably determines two strategic development of new industries,aerospace ＆ aviation industry and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
