摘 要:选育和应用抗病品种是防治水稻稻瘟病经济有效的技术途径。为了改良粳稻保持系浙04B的稻瘟病抗性,以含稻瘟病广谱抗性基因Pigm的粳稻材料MP3为供体亲本,浙04B为受体亲本,通过杂交、回交并结合分子标记辅助选择,将Pigm基因导入浙04B中,利用分布于水稻12条染色体上的47个多态性SSR标记检测近等基因系的遗传背景回复率,获得了23份背景回复率>0.80的近等基因系。选用4个浙江省稻瘟病优势菌株Zj-5、Zj-8、13-37和13-41人工接种鉴定,23份近等基因系均表现为抗穗颈瘟。田间自然诱发鉴定结果表明,23份近等基因系叶瘟为0级,穗瘟均为1级,表现为抗穗瘟,表明近等基因系稻瘟病抗性明显提高。对10项农艺性状的考察结果表明,导入Pigm基因的近等基因系剑叶变短,千粒重增加,生育期延迟,株高增加,有效穗数、每穗总粒数和产量总体减少。本研究结果为选育抗稻瘟病新品种提供了材料,同时为Pigm基因抗病育种应用提供了参考。Rice blast is one of the most destructive diseases affecting rice production in the world. Developing and using broad-spectrum blast-resistance varieties have been proven the most effective strategy to control rice blast disease. To improve rice blast resistance of Japonica maintainer line Zhe04B, the Japonica line MP3 contained broad-spectrum blastresistance gene Pigm was used as the gene donor parent to cross with Zhe04B, and Pigrn gene was introduced into Zhe04B by cross, backcross and marker-assisted selection in this study. The recovering ratio of genetic background (RRGB) of near-isogenic lines (NILs) were detected by forty-seven polymorphic SSR markers distributed on twelve chromosomes in rice, a total of twenty-three NILs with RRGB higher than 0.8 were obtained from BC3F4. The newly developed NILs demonstrated resistance to neck blast by artificially inoculating four blast strains prevailed in Zhejiang Province. In addition, these NILs displayed resistance to leaf and panicle blast in natural induction test in the fields, suggesting the blast resistance of NILs were significantly improved. Analysis of ten agronomic traits indicated : compared with Zhe04B, heading date, 1 000 - grain weight and plant height of NILs were increased significantly, and flag leaf length was shortened, while number of effective panicles, total grain number per panicle and single plant yield were decreased. This study not only confirmed the usefulness of the broad-spectrum blast resistance gene Pigm, but also provided materials for rice blast resistance breeding.
