摘　　要：结合互联网监管表征和历史背景,本文详细梳理了中国互联网监管二十余年来的发展演进,并将其划分为四个不同阶段:引入奠基,体系确立,优化扩展和重构升级。并从纵向阶段性比较,横向与他国比较,微观至不同监管主体之间比较的视角,总结了中国互联网监管的重要特征。提出未来一定时期内国内互联网监管的重点领域和基本走向。Based on the exterior characteristics and historical backgrounds, this paper expounds China＇s Internet regulation evolution of more than twenty years, which can be divided into four different stages： introduction,system establishment, optimization and reconstruction. It puts forward three important features of China＇s Internet regulation from different comparative perspectives and explores key regulations areas and trends in near future.
