麻风病患者26种自身抗体的检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨麻风病患者自身抗体的存在状况。方法对浙江某麻风病村患者进行梅毒甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST)、类风湿因子(RF)、抗链球菌溶血素(ASO)、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TG-Ab)、抗核抗体、抗双链DNA抗体、抗ENA抗体、抗心磷脂抗体等26项自身抗体检测。结果共检测52例麻风病患者,存在自身抗体患者占51.92%(27/52),其中甲状腺自身抗体阳性率为5.77%(3/52),抗"O"异常占21.15%(11/52),RF阳性为1.92%(1/52),梅毒Trust阳性占1.92%(1/52),抗核抗体滴度异常者占32.69%(17/52),ENA抗体阳性率为3.85%(2/52),未发现抗心磷脂抗体阳性患者。经Logistic回归分析,未发现性别、年龄、型别、病期、治愈年限与自身抗体相关。结论麻风病患者存在多种自身抗体,临床应警惕,防止误诊漏诊。Objective To explore the conditions of auto - antibodies in leprosy affected persons. Methods 26 autoantibodies were detected among leprosy patients living in a leprosy colony in Zhejiang, including toluidine red unheated serum test （ TRUST）, rheumatoid factor （ RF）, antistreptolysin O （ ASO ）, antithyroglobulin antibodies （ TG - Ab）, antinuelear antibodies （ANA）, anti -double -stranded DNA antibody, extraetablenuclear antigen （ENA）, anticardiolipin. Results 52 cases were detected in the study, with the positive rate of auto -antibody eases as 51.92% （27/52） , in which the positive rate of antithy- roid auto - antibody accounted for 5.77% （ 3/52 ） , ASO accounted for 21.15% （ 11/52 ） , RF accounted for 1.92% （ 1/52 ）, TRUST accounted for 1.92% （ 1/52）, abnormal antinuclear antibody titers accounted for 32.69% （ 17/52）, and ENA accoun- ted for 3.85% （2/52）, and no anticardiolipin antibodies were detected. Logistic regression indicated that sex, age, leprosy type, length of illness, cure period were not the influencing factors of auto - antibodies. Conclusion Various auto - antibodies exist in leprosy affected persons, and the doctors should keep vigilant to avoid erroneous or missed clinical diagnosis.
