摘 要:目的了解慈溪市2岁~6岁儿童血铅水平及铅中毒状况,为预防儿童铅中毒提供科学依据。方法对2012年-2015年健康体检的4 606例儿童采用BH2100钨舟原子吸收法测定血铅含量,比较不同性别、年龄和年份之间的差异。结果所接受检查的4 606例儿童血铅平均值为40.60μg/L,其中血铅含量≥100μg/L的有134例,占2.91%;不同年龄儿童的血铅水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而高血铅检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);男童血铅水平略高于女童,但不同性别儿童血铅水平及高血铅检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2012年-2015年儿童血铅水平及高血铅率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且呈上升趋势。结论慈溪市儿童血铅水平及铅中毒率处于全国中等水平且有上升趋势,应采取有效措施降低儿童铅中毒状况。Objective To study the blood lead level and lead poisoning in children aged 2- 6 years old in Cixi city,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention of lead poisoning in children. Methods Blood lead concentration of 4 606 children for physical examination in our hospital from 2012 to 2015 was detected by BH2100 atomic absorption spectrometer. The differences of blood lead content among the children in different genders,ages and years were compared. Results The mean value of blood lead in 4 606 surveyed children was 40. 60 μg / L,among which the blood lead level of 134 children was more than100 μg / L,accounting for 2. 91%; there was statistical significance on the difference in mean value of blood lead among children in different ages( P〈0. 05),and there was no statistical significance on the difference in the detection rate of lead poison among children in different age( P〉0. 05); the blood lead level of boys was slightly higher than that of girls,but there was no statistical significance on the difference in both mean value of blood lead and detection rate of lead poison between boys and girls( P〉0. 05); the difference in mean value of blood lead and detection rate of lead poison of children during 2012- 2015 were statistically significant( P〈0. 05),and the trend was rising. Conclusion The blood lead levels and rate of lead poison in Cixi city is in medium level and has a rising trend,so effective measures should be taken to reduce lead poison in children.
