镁合金水性镍系涂层的制备及导电防护性能研究

摘  要:以双组分水性聚氨酯与镍粉为主要原料制备镁合金导电防护涂层。以提高涂层的导电性和对镁合金基体防腐蚀性为目的,通过电阻率测试、tafel极化曲线、扫描电镜(SEM)等检测方法,研究了镍粉含量、镍粉形状以及改性处理的镍粉对涂层导电性和防腐蚀性的影响。结果表明:随着镍粉含量的增加,涂层导电性越好,对镁合金基体防腐蚀性能越差;改性处理过的镍粉,含量为30%且球状与片状比为1∶2时,涂层具有较好的导电性和防腐蚀性能。A magnesium alloy conductive coating was prepared by two-component waterborne polyurethane and nickel powders as the main materials. In order to improve conductivity and anti-corrosion property of the coating, the content of nickel powder, nickel powder shape and modified nickel powder effect on conductivity and corrosion resistance of the coating was studied through the measurement of the resistivity, tafel polarization curve, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and so on. The results showed that with the increase of the content of nickel powder, the conductivity was better and anti-corrosion resistance was worse. Modified nickel powder, when the content of nickel powder was 30%, and the sphere and flake ratio of 1 : 2, the coating had good conductivity and anti-corrosion resistance performance.
