居家环境适老化程度评价体系的构建

摘　　要：目的 :构建居家环境适老化程度评价体系,为居家养老护理服务内容评估和服务计划编制提供测评依据。方法 :采用德尔菲法,通过37名相关专家的两轮咨询确定居家环境适老化程度评价体系内容。结果 :两轮专家咨询问卷有效回收率分别为97.4%、97.3%;第二轮专家咨询的权威系数为0.803,判断系数为0.806,熟悉程度为0.801;专家意见协调性较好;最终确定的指标体系包括一级指标9项,二级指标76项。结论 :居家环境适老化程度评价体系经检验,结果科学可靠,可为居家养老服务人员提供一套系统收集和整理居家环境信息的方法,为进一步研究和实践居家养老护理服务奠定基础。Objective： To construct an evaluation index system for the elderly-oriented level of home environment, so as to provide evaluation references for the content assessments and plans of home-based care service. Methods： Delphi technique was used to formulate evaluation index system for the elderly-oriented level of home environment through a two- round expert consultation among 37 experts. Results： The effective response rates of two rounds questionnaires were 97.4% and 97.3%. The experts＇ authority coefficient, determination coefficient and familiar coefficient were 0.803, 0.806 and 0.801 in the second round, respectively. The coordination of experts＇ opinions was statistically significant. The final evaluation index system included 9 first-level indicators and 76 second-level indicators. Conclusion： The evaluation index system for the elderly-oriented level of home environment is scientific and reliable, which can provide a systemic method to collect and collate information on the home environment for home-based care service providers, and lay a foundation for further researches and the practice of home-based care service.
