肺癌化疗无呕病房护理工作模式的建立与成效

摘　　要：目的 :建立减轻肺癌患者化疗所致恶心呕吐的护理工作模式。方法 :构建化疗无呕病房护理工作模式,对患者恶心呕吐症状、呕吐控制满意度的调查。结果 :无呕病房护理工作模式建立后,护士在化疗所致恶心呕吐认知水平的得分高于建立前(P<0.001)。患者呕吐控制评分、呕吐程度均优于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:开展无呕病房管理模式,提高了护士的无呕管理知识和技能,提高了患者的无呕控制质量。Objective： To reduce the Chemotherapy Induced Nausea and Vomiting （CINV） in lung cancer patients. Methods： Established a nursing mode to control the appearance of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting, and identified patients＇ satisfaction. Results： After implementation of the nursing mode, nurses＇ knowledge about CINV was increased （P〈0.001）. The vomiting control score and vomiting degree were also improved （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The implementation of non-vomiting ward management mode increased nurses＇ knowledge and skills, and improved the quality of management of vomit.
