摘　　要：ICU患者病情过于危重或是被深度镇静而不能表达他们的治疗意愿,尤其在病情发生重大变化时(须紧急抢救时)。本文对危重患者临终决策的现状进行了阐述,并探讨了家庭会议对危重症患者临终决策的影响,发现积极主动并准备充分的家庭会议能够促进危重患者临终决策的进行。但临床工作中如何遵从危重患者及家属的临终决策意愿,仍缺乏行之有效的方法,也成为了危重症科室面临的挑战之一。Because of critically ill and deep sedation, ICU patients could not express their end-of-life decisions, especially when facing emergency condition. In this paper, We elaborated the current status of end-of-life decisions in ICU,explored the influencing effect of family meetings on end-of-life decision for the critically ill patients. We found proactive and well prepared family meetings could facilitate the final decision-making of critical patients. However, we still lack effective method about how to comply with the wishes of the critically ill patients and their families in end-of-life decisions, and face the challenges in ICU.
