摘　　要：在分析影响轧制力计算精度的诸因素基础上 ,提出一种模拟方法来校正热连轧精轧机组轧制力数学模型组 ,并利用实测数据结合操作经验增加了修正因子 ,提高了模型组的计算精度。采用该模拟软件 ,可对流动应力模型影响轧制力的程度进行分析 ,也可对传热模型影响轧制力的程度进行分析。Synopsis On the basis of analysis of all kinds of factors that influence the accuracy of rolling road, a simulating method to correct the rolling road calculated by mathematical models for hot continuous rolling is present in this paper. The calculated accuracy of the rolling load is improved by using measured data, considering operational experiences and adding a correcting coefficient. The simulating software can be used not only to analyze the dependency of the rolling load on flow stress models, but also the dependency of the rolling road on thermal transfer models.
