基于中医辨证施护理论对不稳定型心绞痛患者自我护理能力的培养及评估

摘　　要：目的探究基于中医辨证施护理论对不稳定型心绞痛患者自我护理能力培养及评估效果。方法选取350例临床第一诊断为不稳定性心绞痛的住院患者为研究对象,通过调查问卷的发放与收集,采用多种统计方法对问卷进行统计分析,了解沈阳地区不稳定性心绞痛患者的自我护理能力现况。针对问卷研究结果 ,基于中医辨证施护理论,对不稳定性心绞痛患者实施为期2个月的具有中医特色自我护理宣教培训,并对培训后的患者再次进行自我护理能力测定,评估效果。结果宣教后不稳定型心绞痛患者自我护理得分分布与宣教前对比明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宣教后不稳定型心绞痛患者自我护理能力水平较宣教前显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宣教后不稳定型心绞痛患者社会支持水平较宣教前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证施护健康宣教以辨证论治为基础,通过对不同证型的不稳定型心绞痛患者提供有针对性的护理方案,可显著提高患者的自我护理能力及社会支持水平。Objective To explore the cultivating of self-nursing for patients with unstable angina culture based on effectiveness of TCM. Methods To selecting 350 cases of clinical first in hospitalized patients diagnosed with unstable angina as the research object, through putting out and collecting questionnaires and collected, using a variety of statistical method to statistic and analysis of questionnaire to understand self-care ability of patients with unstable angina of current conditions. According to the questionnaire results, implementation for two months in patients with unstable angina with TCM characteristics of self-care education training, and training for patients after again for determination of self-care ability to evaluate the effect. based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing theory. Results Mission self-nursing in patients with unstable angina compared with mission before obviously increasing the score distribution, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; Mission after unstable angina patients self-care ability level significantly increased before a mission, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; Education level of social support in patients with unstable angina before a mission improved obviously, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM nursing, health education and TDS basis by unstable angina patients with different syndromes provide targeted care programs, can significantly improve the ability of self-care and social support in patients with clinical significance, worthy of promotion.
