清热利湿法联合中医辨证施护治疗病毒性心肌炎

摘　　要：目的探究清热利湿法联合中医辨证施护治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法选取90例病毒性心肌炎患者,随机分对照组45例,采用抗生素、营养心肌等常规药物进行治疗及护理;实验组45例,在对照组的基础上,采取清热利湿法联合中医辨证施护。观察2组中医临床症状积分及心肌酶谱AST、LDH、CK各指标的变化情况,并计算临床总有效率。结果实验组总有效率90.28%,优于对照组的70.83%(P<0.05);2组胸闷心痛,心悸乏力等中医症状积分均有所降低(P<0.05),但实验组改善优于对照组(P<0.05);2组心肌酶谱AST、LDH、CK各指标均有所降低(P<0.05),且实验组下降程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清热利湿法联合中医辨证施护治疗病毒性心肌炎,能利湿与清热并举,针对证型辨证施护,提高患者生存质量。Objective To explore eliminating dampness and heat combined TCM syndrome differentiation of the nursing in the treatment of viral myocarditis curative effect. Methods Putting 90 patients with viral myocarditis, according to random number table were randomly divided into two groups, control group 45 cases among them, use the conventional drugs such as antibiotics, nutrition myocardial treatment and care; Experimental group 45 cases, on the basis of the control group, the method of traditional Chinese medicine of TCM been the nursing. After the treatment, observation of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） in patients with clinical symptoms integral and myocardial enzyme spectrum AST, LDH and CK changes of each index, and calculate the clinical total effective rate. Results The control group total effective rate is only 70.83%, the experimental group the total effective rate was 90.28%, the experimental group total effective rate is significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）;In the two groups after treatment in patients with chest pain, palpitations, fatigue and TCM symptoms integral were reduced（P〈 0.05）, and improve the experimental group was better than control group（P〈0.01）, showed that the experimental group symptoms improved significantly; Treatment of patients after myocardial enzyme spectrum AST, LDH and CK all the indexes were reduced（P〈0.05）, and the experimental group decreased degree is better than that of control group（P〈0.01）, the results show that the experimental myocardial damage recovery effect is more significant. Conclusion By eliminating dampness and heat and applying the Chinese medicine nurse with syndrome differentiation, we can treat viral myocarditis which can clear heat and remove dampness. This therapeutic method could improve the quality of life patients.
