骨科康复护理在脊柱脊髓损伤术后的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨脊柱脊髓损伤患者术后骨科康复护理的实施与效果。方法全部39例研究对象在骨科康复治疗的同时均给予康复护理干预,周期1个月。结果 Barthel及FMA指数评分均明显升高,而SAS的评分则明显降低。结论采取有效的康复治疗与护理,对确保手术治疗效果、预防和减少脊髓功能的进一步损害、预防并发症的发生、有效的缓解焦虑、最大程度的利用残存功能改善生活质量具有重要意义。Objective To explore the implementation and effect of postoperative department of orthopedics rehabilitation nursing in patients with spinal cord injury. Methods We conducted a study on 39 cases of department of orthopedics rehabilitation therapy and rehabilitation nursing intervention, the period is 1 months. Results The class of the index number of Barthel and FMA increased, but the grade of SAS obviously decreased. Conclusion The effective application of rehabilitation therapy and nursing intervention has a big significance on the aspects of ensuring the effect of surgical treatment, prevention of complications, relieve anxiety maximize the use of residual function to improve the quality of life has important significance.
