摘　　要：目的探讨在麻醉恢复室(PACU)运用音乐疗法对全麻下行甲状腺大部分切除术的患者在麻醉苏醒后进入PACU恢复质量的影响。方法选择择期全麻下行甲状腺大部分切除术患者60例,采用随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,各30例。2组全麻清醒后均进入PACU,在PACU中为观察组患者播放舒缓的乐曲,对照组不播放任何音乐。观察2组患者心率、平均动脉压、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分变化;以及在PACU停留时间、术后镇痛药的使用情况以及恶心呕吐等不良反应的发生率。结果观察组入PACU后1h患者心率、平均动脉压和VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后镇痛药物使用较少,患者的满意度高(P<0.05)。结论 PACU音乐疗法有利于提高甲状腺大部分切除术患者麻醉苏醒后恢复质量,提高患者麻醉护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of music therapy on postoperative recovery of patients with thyroid operation in post anesthesia care unit（PACU）. Methods 60 patients who received elective thyroid operation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（30 cases in each group）. After the general anesthesia awake, the two groups of patients have access to PACU. Play soothing music for the observation group, not for the control group to play any music. To recorded the heart rate, mean arterial pressure and Visual analogue scale（VAS） score betwen the two groups,to recorded the stay time of the study object in PACU, usage of analgesics after operation and incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting. Results The heart rate, mean arterial pressure and VAS scores at 1 hour entering PACU were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, dosage of analgesic after operation were smaller in the observation group The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Music therapy in PACU can improve postoperative recovery and satisfaction of patients with thyroid operation.
