中医古籍“乳痈”证治探析

摘　　要：整理中医古籍中乳痈证治主要观点,在病因病机方面关于乳痈的描述主要集中在乳汁郁积、肝郁胃热、感受外邪等方面。在治疗方面,急性乳腺炎的治疗分为外治和内治两大类。外治在本病的治疗中起到十分重要的作用,在古籍中也多有描述,不仅描述手法排乳对于本病治疗的重要性,也对其治疗机理等进行阐述;内治方面,根据疾病初起、脓成、破溃等不同阶段,分别使用清热解毒、托里透脓、益气和营、疏肝散结等不同治疗方法。To arrange the central idea about syndrome and treatment of mammary abscess in traditional Chinese medicine ancient books. In the pathogenesis, ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine mainly concentrated in milk stasis, stagnation of the liver qi and stomach, invasion of toxin. In treatment, it is divided into two major categories of internal and external treatment. External treatment plays a very important role. There is much description in ancient books. The importance of dredging breast duct and mechanisms are both described. In internal therapy the methods of heat clearing and detoxifying, promoting pus drainage, nourishing qi and ying, soothing liver and eliminating nodes are used in different stages including beginning, pus formation and ulceration respectively.
