摘 要:文中对芳砜纶(PSAf)增强聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料的耐热性能和摩擦磨损性能进行研究。研究结果表明:PSAf/PTFE复合材料的长期使用温度均高于250℃,且当芳砜纶含量较少时,材料的热稳定性与PTFE相当;芳砜纶的引入对材料玻璃化转变温度的影响不大,但能显著提高材料的高温力学性能;另一方面,PSAf/PTFE复合材料的摩擦系数与PTFE相当,其磨损量随着纤维含量或纤维长度的提高而明显降低,当纤维质量分数为20%时,复合材料磨损量相比于纯PTFE降低了近19倍。扫描电镜分析表明,材料的耐磨机理主要基于芳砜纶对基体的增强,降低基体的磨损,提高复合材料的耐磨性能。The heat resistance and tribological properties of polysulfonamide fiber reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene composites(PSAf/PTFE) were studied. The results show that the long-term using temperature of PSAf/PTFE composites is over 250 ℃, and the thermal stability of the composites is equivalent to that of PTFE when the content of PSAf is low; the effect on the glass transition temperature of the addition of PSAf is not obvious, but it can improve thermo-mechanical properties of the composites. The friction coefficient of PSAf/PTFE composites is equivalent to that of PTFE, while the wear loss is greatly reduced with increasing of fiber content or fiber length, and the wear loss of 20% PSAf/PTFE is nearly 19 times as less as that of FIFE. SEM show that PSAf mainly through strengthening of the matrix, reduces the wear loss of the matrix, improves the wear resistance of the composites.
