制备条件对KF/MgO-Al2O3催化正丁醛自缩合反应性能的影响

摘  要:采用等体积浸渍法制备了负载型KF催化剂,考察了载体种类和制备条件对催化剂性能的影响。适宜的制备条件是:以MgO-Al_2O_3为载体,KF负载量为15.0%(质量分数),在600℃焙烧5h。其中,MgO-Al_2O_3是以硝酸镁和硝酸铝为前驱体(n(Mg)/n(Al)为3∶1)、在N2气氛中500℃焙烧4h制备而成。以此条件下制备的KF/MgO-Al_2O_3为催化剂,催化正丁醛自缩合合成辛烯醛的反应,正丁醛的转化率为96.8%,辛烯醛的收率和选择性分别为84.5%和87.3%。Supported KF catalysts were prepared by incipient-wetness impregnation and the effects of the kinds of support and preparation conditions on the catalytic performance of the supported KF catalysts were investigated.The suitable preparation conditions of KF/MgO-Al2O3 were obtained as follows:loading amount of KF of 15.0%(w),calcination temperature of 600℃and calcination time of 6h.MgO-Al2O3 was prepared by calcinating a mixture of magnesium nitrate and aluminum nitrate with a Mg/Al(molar ratio)of 3∶1at calcination temperature of 500℃and calcination time of 4hin an atmosphere of N2.The conversation of n-butanal,the yield and the selectivity of 2-ethyl-2-hexenal were separately 96.8%,84.5%and 87.3% over KF/MgO-Al2O3 prepared under above conditions.
