摘  要:针对陈庄稠油的特性,研究了聚醚改性苯基含氢硅油(PMPS)的破乳机理。通过表面张力法、荧光分析法及凝胶渗透色谱法,测定了产物的表面活性及相对分子质量,研究了破乳剂存在下乳状液体系黏度以及油水界面张力、界面膜寿命的变化情况。实验结果表明,使用表面张力法和荧光分析法测得的破乳剂PMPS的临界胶束质量浓度CMC一致,为0.4g/L,与其他表面活性剂相比,具有较好的表面活性;采用凝胶渗透色谱仪测试,破乳剂PMPS为高分子破乳剂,其相对分子质量超过1 000,预期具有较好的破乳效果;破乳剂PMPS的加入能显著降低体系黏度、油水界面张力、界面膜寿命和界面强度,表现出良好的破乳效果;PMPS的破乳机理是顶替置换机理。Aiming at the characteristics of heavy oil in chenzhuang,the mechanism of homemade demulsifier polyether modified phenyl hydrogen silicone oil(PMPS)was studied.Surface tension method,fluorescence analysis and gel permeation chromatography were used to determine the surface activity and relative molecular mass of product.In the presence of demulsifier,the changes of viscosity,interfacial tension and interfacial membrane life of emulsion system were studied.The results showed that the critical micelle mass concentration of demulsifier PMPS measured by surface tension method and fluorescence analysis method was consistent,both of which were 0.4g/L.Compared with other surfactants,the PMPS was qualified with good surface activity.The PMPS was a high molecular demulsifier,whose relative molecular weight was more than 1 000 determined by gel permeation chromatography and expected with better demulsification effect.The viscosity,interfacial tension,interfacial film life and interfacial strength were remarkably decreased with the addition of PMPS which showed good demulsification effect.The demulsification mechanism of PSPM was displacement mechanism.
