摘  要:采用水溶液聚合法,以马来酸酐(MA)为原料,先将MA环氧化为环氧琥珀酸(ESA),以过硫酸铵为引发剂,ESA与2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、衣康酸(IA)共聚,得到一种同时含有羧基和磺酸基的大分子阻垢剂。利用黏度法测定共聚物的黏均相对分子质量为1 100。研究了共聚物的阻垢分散性能和生物降解性能,利用SEM和XRD对CaCO_3垢样外貌和晶型进行了观察,初步探讨了阻垢机理。结果表明:在加药量为30mg/L时,ESA/IA/AMPS共聚物的阻CaCO_3、Ca_3(PO_4)_2垢的阻垢率分别为80.9%和100%,且具有良好的分散氧化铁性能和生物降解性能。其阻垢机理主要有晶格畸变作用和螯合作用。A macromolecular scale inhibitor(ESA/IA/AMPS)containing sulphonic acid groups and carboxylic acid was synthesized through aqueous solution polymerization.Firstly,epoxysuccinic acid(ESA)was synthesized using maleic anhydride(MA)as the raw material,then epoxysuccinic acid(ESA),itaconic acid(IA)and 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid(AMPS)as monomers,and ammonium persulfate as initiator were copolymerized The viscosity-average molecular weight of the ESA/IA/AMPS copolymer was 1 100 measured by viscosity method.The scale inhibition behavior,the dispersion capacity for ferric oxide and biodegradability of the ESA/IA/AMPS copolymer were also measured.Furthermore,the morphology and crystal structure of CaCO3 were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction,and the scale inhibiting mechanisms discussed.The results showed that the efficiency of scale inhibition against CaCO3 and Ca3(PO4)2 were 80.9% and 100% respectively when the amount of ESA/IA/AMPS was 30mg/L,and dispersion capacity for Fe2O3 and biodegradability were favourable.Its scale inhibition mechanism was related to chelation and effect and lattice distortion effect.
